Native Augustans Carol Palmer and Dianne Kuhlke have been connecting patrons to the very best in tournament housing for close to a decade. The former event planners are experts with details and fulfilling the needs and expectations of both homeowner and renter. Dianne and Carol have long standing recognition & relationships in the community which is reflected in their top notch rental inventory. Our Process

The Rental Process

Please complete the contact form in order to access our inventory. Once we receive your information, you will be emailed an access link. After you have access to our inventory you can select your favorites and we will work out all the specifics offline. There are many details that go into finding, securing and planning your stay that we continue to have an active role in connecting you with your homeowner once you have selected a property. If you feel like you have additional needs or requests, feel free to reach us info@housingtoatee.com. We specialize in renting two types of homes known as sleeper & host homes.

Sleeper Home: As the name suggests, Sleeper homes accommodate the guests actually sleeping & gathering in the home with light cooking.

Host Home: Host homes often serve larger groups in addition to the guests staying in the home. These rentals have more social activity and entertainment for visiting guests. It typically includes a caterer or chef preparing meals on site.

The Listing Process

The success of our business is dependent on our wonderful homeowners. To make your information accessible to potential renters, please complete the property fact sheet and upload photos that best represent your home. Our homeowners will pay a one-time, non-refundable $50 listing fee for their place in our inventory.
